NEST Admission 2022 online form filling process has been started from 21/02/2022. NEST 2022 Admission information brochure released. Eligible candidates may apply online till 18 May 2022. NEST 2022 will be conducted on 18 June 2022 at various centres across India. Number of seats available at NISER and CEBS for admission in the year 2022 would be as follows

What is NEST?
National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is a programme to take admission in National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai. It is five year Integrated MSc programme in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. The candidates admitted to the programme are eligible to receive an annual scholarship of ₹ 60,000 through the DISHA program.

NEST 2022 Online Application Fee
Pay the Examination Fee of NEST Admission 2022 Through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/Wallet or pay offline through e-challan. University of Mumbai has decided to take the following castewise application fees.

Payment through Netbanking/Debit/Credit Card
The candidate has to select Netbanking/Debit/Credit Card option to pay the application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of application fee. After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the acknowledgment Page. In case the acknowledgment page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is cancelled and amount will be refunded to the candidate account with in 7 working days.
However, the candidate has to make another transaction till the Acknowledgment Page is not generated.
Payment through e-challan
The candidate has to deposit the application fee through e-Challan mode. As soon as he/she selects, an e-Challan will be generated containing specific details of the candidate along with amount to be paid. The candidate has to take a printout of the same and take it to the nearest branch of the bank for making payment.
After the confirmation of fee deposited from Bank, the candidate will be able to print the Acknowledgment Page. In case the Acknowledgment Page is not generated, the candidate should contact the concerned branch to update his/her transaction.

NEST Admission 2022 Selection Procedure
This section lists rules employed for the preparation of merit list in National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2022. NEST 2022 entrance examination will be conducted in two sessions. Each session will be of 3 hour 30 minute. Different sets of question papers will be used for each session. The highest score in each session will be 100 percentile. Merit lists for NISER and CEBS will be prepared separately.
As merit list calculation will be performed on marks obtained in the best three sections, the ‘total’ marks for NEST 2022 becomes 150.
